Dr. Judit Pap was an employee with NASA. With more than 25 years long experience in research in space physics and solar-terrestrial physics, Dr. Judit Pap is well-experienced in project management, from the planning, design, and execution of all aspects of a particular experiment from Phase A through Phase E. During these processes she has gained experience in project leadership, team building, financial and technical management, and overall project management, including budget and risk management. Dr. Pap was Editor in Chief of four books (Kluwer Academic Publishers (2 books), Cambridge University Press and the American Geophysical Union Monograph Series), which required to interface with the Publisher's editing, producing and marketing/sales departments, which included to fulfill certain legal and insurance procedures. All these efforts in most cases were challenging tasks and required creativity, flexibility, strategic thinking, team building and in many occasions conflict management and problem resolution skills. In all cases Dr. Judit Pap needed to market and sell these projects and products.
